Ways to relieve stress

1. Music
2. Chocolates
3. Crying session
4. Booze
5.

Option 5 comes to mind whenever I get to an extreme. When I no longer wish to see eye to eye with reason.

I thought about option 5 today.

But I will take some time out tomorrow instead. And head to my quiet place after work.

Oh yeah.

6. Me time

Here's to mid-strength weeks.
