Milestones

There is a part of us that yearns for perfection.

And when we are criticised or told to do better in something that we believe ourselves to be doing our best in, it changes us. And sometimes, it is for the worse.

We start feeling inferior. And even fear doing what we love. We become cynical, defensive and [in our lowest moment] lost.

The only way to get over this is to step up your game. To admit that you are not miss or mister know-it-all and to allow yourself to do this. This thing that has been swallowing you up inside. Consuming all of your thoughts.

You can work it.

Know that people are there to help you. These are people who believe in you. And believe that you are capable.

Because you are [capable]. Set your eyes on the goal and make your path towards it. You will get there.

Chin up, back straight and do the walk that you do so confidently.
