I am cutting down my sugar intake. Genetically, my chances of getting diabetes are high and I am not in my healthiest state so I need to start looking after myself.

And I really need to be better to my heart. Stop over thinking Monnie.

On a completely different and *ah hem* more professional note, how great is Microsoft 2007? I am still trying to get my head around the new system but I am slowly getting there. I have even booked myself in for a training class.
