Adelaide

I am loving this place. Spent a good hour this morning writing to my family about how great Adelaide is.

Everything is within reach of the city. And the city is equivalent to Perth's Hay and Murray St malls combined with Carousel and Garden City. It is a mish mash of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. And if you take your time, you will discover that there are cute shops and bars along the little laneways.

Yes, the city itself is probably smaller in size compared to the other states but it is so well planned and compact-full. It takes less than half an hour to drive from the city to the hills where all the wineries and fine food are. The zoo and botanic gardens are about a half an hour walk from the city. And wherever you go, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful surrounding Adelaide hills.

And the boys are cuter too.

I shall stop using the laptop from today onwards and enjoy the rest of my time here.
