Singapore

Tis the land of people with branded bags, plenteous taxis and ridiculously crowded but extremely systematic transport systems. The shopping here never fails to make space in my money/card-holder. And if there were any stares, I was completely oblivious to it. In fact, I would be ecstatic if I topped the entertainment factor for people watchers.

I have not felt so comfortable shopping in a long time. I had a wide smile on my face as I browsed through great quality clothes which had a much more appealing price tag than those at Cue or Witchery. Whilst I only left the shops with a top, I managed to spend a substantial amount in facial products to pamper myself with and food.

From Chinese food (Dim Sum) to Mediterranean to Korean to good old classic Western, it is no surprise that I have put on two kilos (4.41 pounds) in two days.

Here's to the expanding waist line.
